During controlled beta, we collect only what is needed to validate the product.
This plain-language privacy note helps early testers understand data use and limits before public beta. Formal terms and privacy policy review are still required before paid launch or app-store distribution.
Research answers
Age range, gender, dating-app usage, pain points, review-fee response, and matrix willingness are used only for aggregate validation summaries.
Private matrix answers
Exact answers are private by default and used only for validation, future compatibility signals, and anti-probing design.
Admin/research access
Internal dashboards show aggregate/redacted metrics, not raw contact details or raw free-text pain responses.
Current beta guardrails
- No public profile is created from matrix preview submissions or beta account onboarding.
- No payment is collected in the current controlled beta preview.
- No real-time chat or direct user-to-user contact is enabled yet.
- No exact hidden criteria or rejection reasons are shown to other users.
- Smoke-test rows use dummy `.invalid` data and are deleted after verification.

This page is not a formal legal document.
Before public payment, app-store distribution, or larger user acquisition, TrueMatch HK still needs formal Terms, Privacy Policy, data-retention policy, delete-request flow, and payment/refund wording.
